Our Australian Ale represents the perfect balance between full-flavour and easy drinking. Inspired by an American Wheat Ale, our Australian Ale uses locally grown barley and a small percentage of wheat to provide a full-bodied, crisp malt profile with Australian hops adding a medium bitterness and floral and tropical aroma. Locally sourced, independently owned and made with care… But most importantly – tastes like beer.
