Shipping
Shipping Fees
We charge the following shipping costs. Please note: we do not currently ship outside of Australia. International purchasers must list a valid Australian address.
- NSW: $10
- Other states: $12.50
Delivery
Timeframes
Online orders are allocated up to 72 hours handling time.
Orders to areas excluded from above will be delivered according to AusPost delivery routes and generally within 2-5 days. Delivery time frames are estimates only and will vary depending on your location. Shipping is charged per order up to a maximum of 4 items. If you require a larger order, we suggest contacting your local bottle shop using our brew finder on the website.
Delivery Locations
Delivery is available nationally excluding Northern Territory and some dry zones within Queensland and Western Australia. If you are located in an area that we do not deliver to, you will be notified during checkout.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure you provide a physical address that will be occupied during business hours.
We have linked up with Australia Post Express Post Service to provide fast delivery for all Australian capital cities, major metropolitan, regional areas and international destinations. Australia Post is a third party and we have no control over and make no warranty in relation to the performance of Australia Post or any other company which we may use to deliver our goods. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of your order.
Identification
The Welder’s Dog supports responsible drinking. On delivery of your order, a valid ID proving you are over the age of 18 must be sighted. No orders will be left unattended by our couriers.
Returns and Exchanges
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order is damaged or there is a fault, please contact us to arrange a refund for the value of damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery. Evidence will be required to support any claim.
Orders placed before 2pm on each working day, will be dispatched the following day, with delivery being next business day thereafter to all major metropolitan areas and capital cities in Australia. (2 business day delivery). Orders placed on the weekends will be handled along with all orders placed up until Monday, 2pm, and delivered within 2 business days, if you are located in a next business day delivery zone (all capital cities and major metropolitan areas).
Returns Policy
If you change your mind, exchanges are welcome. Products must return in as new condition, all original packaging included.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we will not be responsible for any returns that are not received. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
The exchange will then be posted within 5 business days.
Returns Address
All returns should be sent to: 4/3 Southern Cross Drive, Armidale NSW 2350, Attention: Online Sales.
Please ensure the following information is included so your return can be processed:
- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning and a reason for the return
Damaged Products
If the product ordered is damaged or there is a fault, please contact us to arrange a refund for the value of damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery. Evidence will be required to support any claim. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 5 business days.
Change of Address
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address confirmation is given in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately.
We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our shipping, some orders cannot be adjusted. The Welder’s Dog cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses and will not replace orders not delivered as a result of you entering an incorrect address.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Warranties
All express or implied guarantees, warranties, representations or other terms and conditions not contained in these terms and conditions, are excluded from these terms and conditions and your contract with us to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any warranty or condition implied at law is limited to the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods.
